    Hi,
    I tried to upload my wordpress copy in the tools>import but it is showing ‘oops something went wrong’! How can I fix this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there! It looks like the file you tried importing may not have been an .XML file with WXR specifications. Would you be able to send the file you are trying to import to help@wordpress.com so that we can review and test it on our end?
