  It takes very long, when it’s done, there is no development in my website as in my local

  Aloha abdulalzelvin, @kokkieh had posted a reply to another question on imports that may help narrow things down:

  Is it an .xml file, or a .sql file? If it’s a .sql file, it’s not possible to import that here. You can only import a .xml file that was exported via Tools ->Export in the WP-Admin dashboard.

  If it is a .xml file, you’ll need to use an XML splitter app to break it up into smaller pieces. You can find some info on how to do that here:
