Import wordpress feed to my website

I built a website and want my wordpress feed to display on it. The website builder I’m using has a blog place for one to go and says something like an RSS? I’m not that tech savvy, I guess thats why I’m using a website builder. Is there some special code that has to go in there for it to recognize my wordpress site? I tried just the html at the top and it didnt work…
