Import wordpress to wordpress frozen, customer service ignoring me for 4 days

    I have been trying to import one wordpress blog into another with no success. The first two times, only 7 of 9 posts transferred. The third attempt has been importing now for almost four days and repeated attempts to contact wordpress customer support have been completely ignored by both support ticket and email. I have paid for upgrades for both the original site and the new destination site, so I’m not sure why wordpress is ignoring me. I seriously need to get this resolved.
