Import WordPress XML

Add topic to favorites
Hi there,
I am trying to migrate a WordPress site across to a new administration account controlled by myself.
I have tried importing an XML of the site through (Tools > Import > WordPress) and it says it is still processing. It has been processing for about a week now.
Would be great if you could assist.

Where is the export file from please?
How large is the XML file?

Sometimes the importer gets stuck.
If the file is large Staff may have to do the import.

The export file is from WordPress and the file size is 9.7MB.

Just in case something goes sideways, is the site you exported from still online and if so, what is the URL?
