import wordpress.org made on MAMP

How can I import a wordpress.org website I designed on MAMP?
I would like to have it hosted in WordPress.com because I already have a Premium account (not this one). I also already own the domain name I’d like to use but would need to transfer it.
(I’m obviously not referring to the blog I made with this account and to which I linked this question to)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
How can I import a wordpress.org website I designed on MAMP?
Thanks for getting in touch. As the site is run on a WordPress.org platform, you can use the export/import feature to transfer the content from your self-hosted site to WordPress.com.
I would like to have it hosted in WordPress.com because I already have a Premium account (not this one). I also already own the domain name I’d like to use but would need to transfer it.
While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
If you have any other questions, please let us know. Many thanks!
