  I’ve been trying to import a film for days. Literally. I keep getting the same screen ‘We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed. Thanks’ I can’t even cancel the upload to try again. It’s just stuck. What’s going on. And how is posting in a public forum ‘contact support and we’ll get everything fixed?’

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.
