Import XML and PHP files

Hello!
Could you help me to import my old blog?
I have got the files needed but when I go into the “import” then there is no option for these files?
I have blogged from the Swedish portal http://blogg.se and the files I got from there is XML and PHP (two PHP files and a XML file)
Could you help me?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You won’t be able to import the PHP files to a WordPress.com blog as we don’t have access to our base files. You won’t be able to import any custom themes or install plugins you used on the other platform either.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/You can try to import the XML file using the WordPress option under Tools ->Import in the dashboard, but I’m not sure if it will work. If it doesn’t, you’ll first need to try and upload it to another platform, like Blogger, and then export a new XML file from there to import to WordPress.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
