Import .xml demo file issue

  Hello,

  Last friday 6th I uploaded an .xml demo file using the import tool and system says it is still processing it.

  Please, I need help.

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  I went ahead and reset the import. Can you give the import another try?
