Import xml file to blog

    Hi, I have begun a new blog on WordPress because Blogger would not upload the xml file I bought to customize my blog… is there a way to do this on wordpress? I have the file, the header and various other little bits and pieces that came in a pack.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
