Import XML file to wordpress

  Hi
  I have an old blog (smartlog.dk).

  I want to move it to wordpress. I have exported the blog as a XML file – but how do I import the XML file to my wordpress.com site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  how to export the blog as a xml file, shouldn’t be difficult, follow the instructions carefully

  Searching for “import” is not a bad start: http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  Should get you going in the right direction – remember to check box to import media files – for media files to be imported the old site needs to be reachable on the internet
