Import xml file to wordpress site not appearing

  Hi , I’ve just downloaded WordPress offline and have used it twice the first time was okay , the
  second my pictures appeared for a while then got buggered up still being linked to localhost,
  I sent the post to the trash and tried uploading it …again…and again…and again..everytime
  I did , I got a cheery – your upload was successful email even though it wasn’t. Anyone
  know whats going on?
