  Muy buenas tardes. Mi consulta es acerca de la importación. Sé que lleva tiempo y hay mucha demanda pero en mi caso, llevo como dos semanas “en proceso” y no sé si es que he hecho algo mal o ha sucedido algo ajeno a mi voluntad. Ahí sigue estancado desde entonces.
  Agradecería alguna orientación. De todos modos, dejo todo abierto y seré paciente.

  I can reply in English. There has been a delay in processing imports, but 2 weeks sounds like something may have happened.

  I’ve tagged your post with ‘modlook’, so you should receive a reply from staff soon. They’ll be able to confirm whether or not your import is stalled or just waiting in queue.

  Hi damadelvientodeldesierto,

  It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.

  If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
