  I already have a site on wordpress but , I want to delete it and then make it again from scratch so , If I delete it will I be able to use the same website name again?

  If you’re talking about a free site here with a .wordpress.com suffix make sure you just delete content and not the site address itself if you wish to continue using that same website name.
