[Important!!!] Create site in wordpress multisite

I am working on multisite feature of wordpress, where my feature is to register user and site in wordpress based on the authentication token from 2nd platform.I have a platform named as CRM , i want that on clicking a button on CRM user will be redirected to WordPress, upon reaching to wordpress, if the user is not logined, then he will be redirected back to CRM to login .
The user enters his credentials and then he redirected back to wordpress, with new site name to register and authToken.Now whats the problem is , i have a custom plugin which handles the user registration and site registration, On reaching to wordpress after login , wordpress redirected the user to wp-signup?new=devplayground.com url.
What i want is that instead of this behaviour the request should be send to custom plugin, and site should be register programatically.
I searched this on all platforms , but i could get a solution.
Let me know if any one have solution for this. -
We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor can we help with third party plugins. You could try to get help in the wordpress.org documentation and forums.
