  Hi,
  Please help me get back access to my domain named ‘roambramedical.com’ which appears to be disactivated due to unpaid bills.
  Your help is much appreciated.

  Sure thing. First log out, and log back into the account that owns the domain (use the email that gets renewal reminders).

  Then head to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases — you’ll be able to pay for the domain and renew it there, if you’ll hurry. If you’re unable to find that option while logged into the correct account, please update us here.

  Sorry, but it appears I have given out wrong information.
  The fact is that I cannot log in into the account which hosts the domain “roambramedical.com”.
  Every combination that I try does not work.
  I have the following : User name, ANDREI or Ovidiu and a password which does not work.
  I have made this account years back and I don’t remember the phone number which I have given; and the email address linked to the account seems that it does not work

  Is it possible to help me with these log in information?
