    Hello, im very New in the Blogger Scene, and i found a Homepage, they sell premium Plugins very cheap and they claim that this is 100% absolutely safe and legal, because the laws say so.

    And I would like to be on the safe side, so I am asking you and asking you to help me answer my question.

    Because especially I as a beginner would like to stay safe.
