  You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  Please go to the Store section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your Upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.

  cancel my Premium Theme and didn’t get a full refund or notification . Would like to talk to someone.
