Imported Blog and First/Landing page

I imported another site and its content from another platform to WordPress. The blog page becomes the main page until I switch to static. When I do this the blogs are removed from the site even under a dedicated Blog page.
1. How do I move the blogs to a dedicated page when creating a static site?
2. How do I create a unique landing/home page – edit it and add images?
3. Is there a way to make each limit the amount of info on a panel so that it doesn’t show every piece of content from that menu item?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

At the bottom of the page I linked below there is a heading called “Optional – Create A Blog Page”. This should answer your first questions.

I’m not quite sure what you mean by this but there is a way to limit your content visually on your blog entries by the “Read More” tag. You can read more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/.
