Imported comments showing as Pending even though Approved on previous site

  I exported all of my approved comments from my previous self-hosted WordPress site, and 12K of them are showing as Pending in WordPress.com. Re-approving them all will take ages, even using Bulk Edit, as it seems I can only select 20 at a time. Does anyone know of a way to approve them all at once? Or to approve a specific date range at once? I have a Creator account, so I do have access to phpMyAdmin if there’s a way to do it through there.
  
  Also (and I don’t know if I should create a separate topic for this) I have 22,830 approved comments in my self-hosted site, and WordPress.com shows $15K. With so many, I don’t know how I can possibly figure out which ones are missing.
