Imported Content Does Not Show

After importing from my old xanga, the content does not show. I have received emails saying the import was successful, yet the first thing I see when I go to my wordpress is the page that says: “Nothing Found Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.”
What do I do? Thank you!

I’m not sure why my media post is not loading properly? It appears on my home page – but when you click on it – it says loading and nothing comes up? It also says PRIVATE on it – not sure why – how it got there – or how to remove it??
Could you please help with this problem?

@pinklmaonade, how many files were inside the .zip folder that you got with your Xanga export? Did you import all of them into your new site at pinklmaonade.wordpress.com? If so, how many posts were at your old Xanga site?
@tamara8jacobs your issue is unrelated to pinklmaonade’s issue. Please post a new support thread and we’ll be happy to assist you.

@jackiedana — thank you for replying. There are 5 XML Files in the zip folder, and I only imported 3 of them so far. I will upload the rest and see if this is where the root of the issue is. I’ll keep you updated. Thanks!

Yes, please do. Until all of the XML files are imported, your content may not show up on your WordPress.com site.
