    Hi there,

I checked the DNS for your domain garancedesiree.com, and it looks like there are some extra DNS records that are causing problems.

You’ll need to make sure that your domain’s name servers are set to the following:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

Be sure to remove any other name servers besides those ones. If your domain has any other name servers on it, you may not see your WordPress.com blog when you visit the domain.

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

That’s the thing, I tried to check this and change the DNS but I don’t manage to do it, even with the help of the support page.
I don’t know much about these things.
How exactely am I supposed to proceed ?

    Hi there,

The DNS is controlled by your domain registrar, so it needs to be updated there. If you are having trouble changing your DNS, you can contact your domain registrar for additional help. (The exact steps to change the DNS are different depending on your domain registrar.)

If you’d like, you can send your domain registrar this message when you ask them for help with this:

I would like to use my domain with a WordPress.com site. In order to do this, I need to point my domain’s name servers to the following:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

I do not want to transfer my domain, but want to leave it registered with you. WordPress.com does not permit mapping by setting an A record to point to an IP address. They require the name servers to be updated as described.

You can also find more details about this here: Map an Existing Domain

    I hope this helps! :)
