Imported from Blogger…all Categories show up EVERYWHERE!

  I just imported my blog from blogger to wordpress. http://couponkatarina.wordpress.com. I am trying to fine tune the sidebars with all of my current categories. I thought I put all the subcategories “under” the parent catergory, but each category lists EVERY SINGLE category I have. Does that make sense. Take a look at my homepage and you’ll see what I mean. How do I fix this? Thanks!
