Importer imported wrong blog, won't let me import the right one

I tried to import by blog https://sammyarts.tumblr.com, but it imported http://samira2306.tumblr.com/ instead, which wasn’t the button that I clicked (altho it is the blog my wordpress one is named after). It appears that it then imported both at once somehow, which put me at my allotted space (got an email about that). I’ve now moved all of the posts to trash because I can’t distinguish the 124 art posts from the thousands of other posts. I have yet to permanently delete them. The import page still calls the import complete and won’t let me retry to only get the art page. Would it be possible to reset the importer?

We can reset the importer. It sounds like you want us to clear the site as well first.
This would clear out all of the media as well as the posts. Can you confirm before we do? -
Clearing the site would now just be permanently deleting everything in trash, right? In that case you don’t need to do that. I just wanted to wait with doing that just in case. But I would like it if the importer was reset. Thanks!

Your media library is completely full. If we reset the importer on a site that’s already full, with items in the trash but not deleted, you won’t have any space for importing.

The problem is not with posts. You media library at https://samira2306.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php?mode=list is full, meaning no further media files can be uploaded to your site. The posts from Tumblr will import just fine, but only text content. No images.
You can delete things yourself from there, or we can empty it for you. Either way, this process is irreversible, so please confirm you understand that if you want me to do it for you.

Oh, now I feel a bit silly. Yes, it’s fine if you empty it. I never meant to even upload 99% of it, and the other 1% I have backups for.

Thanks for confirming. I’m emptying your site now.
Give it an hour or so, then check your media library at the link I gave above. Once that’s empty, you can start a new import.

My media library is empty now, but the import still says ”completed” so I can’t do anything there. Did you already try to reset it or should I just be more patient?

Hmm, I don’t see any imports running on your site, so you should be able to start a new one.
If it’s still showing you that, please disconnect the importer, and then go to your Tumblr settings ->Apps and remove WordPress there as well. Then reconnect and try starting the import again.

Yeah, sometime between when I posted and when I woke up it reset. My issue has now been resolved, thanks!
