Importer Issues

  On the importer instructions it reads: ‘If your import gets stuck for a long time or you would like to import from a different Tumblr account instead then click on the ‘Clear account information’ button below to reset the importer.’

  I have clicked that button now, a number of times, as well as disconnected from Tumblr and logged in and out of this site. I am repeatedly told I cannot start importing at this time because the importer is currently running despite clicking ‘clear account information’ and none of my blogs having an indication that importing is in progress.

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
