Importer locking up

  I am trying to import my tumblr blogs to WordPress as a backup/archive. The importer locked up on me, so I hit ‘clear account information’ to stop the import. However, now it refuses to import any of my blogs, telling me ‘you can only have one running import at a time’ even though no imports appear to be running. I have tried ‘clear account information’ again, disconnecting from Tumblr and reconnecting, and logging out entirely, but it is still giving me the same error message. Help please?

  Correction: the blog I need help with is ladytemarchive.wordpress.com.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any running Tumblr imports on either ladytemarchive.wordpress.com or ladytemeraire.wordpress.com

  Please try again, or let me know if you’re trying to import to a different site.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
