Importer Not Working

  The importer I’m using is for my Tumblr account; however, when it got stuck and I clicked the ‘clear account information’ button, it now says that the importing is still working and I can only import one blog at a time, even though none of my blogs are importing. I’ve tried disconnecting from my Tumblr and using ‘clear account information’ numerous times, but nothing is working. Is there anything that I can do?

  Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff assistance as they will likely need to clear out the current import.

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
