Import/Export

I already have 1 blog site intended for an audience and I just created 1 blog site intended as a personal journal. My hope is to use the personal journal blog as my own space to store ALL of my writing, and to pick and choose which writing to showcase on my public blog.
I would like to export my posts from my public blog, to my personal journal blog. How can I do that?
Also, is there a way that in the future I can post to both sites at the same time?

Follow these steps to export contents from one wordpress.com site and import to the other:
1. Go here: https://wordpress.com/sites and select the site you do not want to exist.
2. After selecting that site, go here: https://wordpress.com/settings/export/
3. Click Export All
4. Now, go here: https://wordpress.com/settings/import/ and select the site under which you want to import the contents.
5. Beside the WordPress option, click Start import and Upload the previous export file.More information about exporting and importing contents on WordPress.COM can be found here:
