import/export single blog post question

  I have two blogs within wordpress.com, lets says Blog A and Blog B.

  Is it possible to take a single post, including all comments from Blog A and import it all into Blog B as a new post?

  it is possible to copy/paste it, although the comments will be in the post itself rather than the comments section. But it doesn’t look too bad.
