    Hello, I used to have a website that I coded myself using html and css. Is there a way that I could import that onto wordpress?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    It’s not possible to import a static site that’s made from HTML or CSS, without first converting that to a theme.

    Thankfully, on WordPress.com, these themes are already built.

    What are you looking to build out of curiosity? Perhaps I can offer some guidance on what to do next, or how to replicate your design in WordPress.com.
