  I go to import and it is still trying to load from other days…does not give me options

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I tried to load yesterday and it is STILL showing that it is loading…need to start over

  Maybe it’s your internet connection. Try doing it at another computer or network.

  @legacyshares – more useless & wrong advice – please give accurate answers

  Sometimes the importer fails and hangs up – the staff will need to reset the importer for you

  I have flagged this for the staff to help
