  You may import from Wix to WordPress.com on any plan by using the HTML import method:
  https://transferto.wordpress.com/drag-and-drophtml-site-builders/

  If you upgrade your site to the WordPress.com Business Plan you may the importer mentioned in the document Timetheif linked to.
