Importing

Hello. I am trying to import multiple blogs from Tumblr to my WordPress, with a different site set up for each blog. I was able to successfully import my first Tumblr blog, but when I go to begin the process with the next, it reconnects my first blog for import again, even though I disconnected it from WordPress and logged in with the new Tumblr blog on the ‘connect’ screen. Looking for insight–am I doing something incorrectly, or could this be because of the traffic coming from Tumblr? Thank you!

It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed. I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.
If it seems to take a while, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted but I’m unable to give an estimate as to how long this will take.
If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
