Importing a Blog.

Hi, I’m trying to import my tumblr, I started it the other day but ended it because my internet was too slow. I’m on faster internet now, and I tried to start it but it’s saying I can only import on blog at a time. To my knowledge I don’t have any thing importing at the moment. I’ve tried disconnecting my tumblr and reconnecting it, but nothing changed. Any ideas?

Hi there – I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and waiting to run. Please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve already disconnected it and keep it connected until the import is complete – and don’t try to start another import until this one is finished. :)
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run another 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you,But I’d like to end any imports I have running and start over.
Also I’ve already reconnected my tumblr.

Hi there,
It’s not currently possible to completely cancel an import once it’s been queued. For now the best thing to do is to sit tight – the fact that your Tumblr account was disconnected is most likely contributing to the delay, but the import is still queued so it should work once the importer gets back to it.
Starting a new import at this point is likely to take even longer.
