Importing a Blog

  Hi! I’m importing my blog from tumblr and the importer seemed to stay stuck for awhile, so as per the instructions on the import page, I cleared the account information, which was supposed to stop the import in progress. Now, when I try to run the import again, I get a notification telling me my import is already in process and I can’t run two at once – but my import isn’t actually running anymore. How do I fix this?

  Hi,

  I checked the support page and realized I did the wrong thing in cancelling my import/clearing the account information, per a staff member replying to other posts like mine. Is there any way my account information can be cleared like the staff member is doing with other posts like mine so that I can try again? Thank you!

  Resolving this because I accidentally made two posts asking questions when a staffer has asked us to not make more than one post and I’d like my other post to get addressed without confusion!
