Importing a premium theme from a download

  how do i import a premium theme which i have downloaded. I am running a Mac using safari and the theme was purchased from Themeforest.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/upload/install a third-party or custom theme on WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-custom-themes

  BTW, all the available themes on WordPress.com are here:
