Importing a previous WordPress Blog

  Hi, a colleague of mine has given me her blog. We’ve had to transfer hosting and such, and in the meantime the blog expired. I’ve saved it with filezilla, is there a way just to upload it? I’ve looked it up and it says just to go to tools -> import -> wordpress, the problem is I can’t find where “tools” is.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have an XML export file of your blog, you can Import it as seen here:

  

  The Tools section is right under Users in your WP Admin Dashboard.
