Importing a site doesn’t work

  Hello,
  I want to migrate a squarespace site, I have done all the proper steps (as per the support article), have the XML file and uploaded it to the importer. But after importing the prompt that should show up does not. I have tried switching browsers and redoing it every time yet no success. I also used Microsoft edge so the browser was completely clean as I don’t use it personally.

  What can I do for the import option to properly work?

  Hello,
  I’m importing to cehloka.wordpress.com from https://cehloka.com/ which was made with squarespace I want to see how well the export works before switching services or rebuilding the site from scratch.
