    Hello, I am trying to import a website that was on word press, managed by a different company. they have sent the entire file and document to me and i need to import it, or reactivate it/

    Does the source website still exist? If so, you can run an export from that site’s wp-admin dashboard and import it by following these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-a-sites-content/

    If the source website does not exist and you have a directory and database files, you would need to upgrade to our Business Plan to have access to the PHPMyAdmin tools.

    Most sites on WordPress.com use a shared environment, meaning that they all run the same software. This is great because it allows us to update millions of sites at the same time. It means we can fix bugs or offer new features very quickly, which is a win for you as users.
