  I am trying to import a theme and the option is not available. I have went to appearance – then themes, and the option still isn’t there. Can someone call me? 3523038052

  The only themes you can use on hosted wordpress.com sites are here: http://theme.wordpress.com/

  If you need to use an outside theme, you may be more interested in building a self-hosted wordpress.org install for yourself. Here’s a bit of info about the difference: .com and .org
