Importing a third party demo

    Hello,

    I hope this finds you well. I am trying to import demo files from a third party but WordPress keeps coming back with an error message. Now it was suggested that I clear all the website data and reimport the file. If I was to delete my entire page, it would also remove my upgrade so how can I go about this.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
