  Is there a way we can copy or import a website from another wordpress site?

  As @swaggadan points out, we have a few import options that you can take advantage of. I wanted to add on to that is I may, to point out that if you want to move an exact copy of the existing WordPress site, that requires our WordPress.com Business Plan (or higher) but comes with the added benefit of being able to use our migration tool, which is automated and will move an exact copy of the existing site (including all plugins and themes) to WordPress.com.
