Importing a WordPress.org blog

  Hi,

  I am trying to import a self-hosted WordPress.org blog to WordPress.com

  The process looks simple, I have exported the exisiting blog and have a 841kb XML file. I have created my new blog at WordPress.orb, I go to tools > imprt > wordpress > browse to file > submit

  I am getting this error emssage:

  Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
  Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it

  Possibly the most useless error message possible.

  Any ideas guys?
