Importing all blog posts from wordpress.org site

  Hi,
  I have followed the guide below to export files from my WordPress.org site (nadaelicious.com) https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/view-all/

  Once I to the Import phase, I get the following error message « API calls have been disabled, Contact us ».

  Can you help please?

  I simply want to start using my wordpress.com site again, and make sure that all the content I created on my wordpress.org site is transferred to my wordpress.com site.
