Importing all with no menus

  Recently I imported all of a website to a new place and found that the only part not imported was the menus in the top right.

  Originally when I created it the menu items appeared mixed so I re-ordered them manually.

  Is there a way to create a menu that will allow it to be exported and imported into a new site as is?
