IMPORTING AN EXPORTED FILE TO A NEW WORDPRESS SITE

  I have imported the .xml file into a new WordPress clients account. I can’t seem to activate it. I have received a couple errors. One of which is invalid file. Can you help? I am 2 hours into this.

  I have also tried converting .xml to .json. That is when I get the invalid file error.
