Importing Blog from Tumblr WITH MEDIA

    Hi there,

    I wanna import my blog from Tumblr to WordPress. Well, it’s working, and I can do this from https://my_site_name.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=tumblr

    But the photos are not being totally imported. I mean, I can see the photos on my wordpress site but actually the photos are stored IN THE TUMBLR SERVER, NOT IN MY WORDPRESS MEDIA.

    All I want is completely import all my contentS, including all my photos and I want them to BE STORED ON MY WORDPRESS MEDIA. How can I do that?

    Hi there,

    What is the URL of the WordPress.com site that you are importing your Tumblr content to? A free WordPress.com site only has 3GB of space, so if you have more than 3GB worth of images being imported over, only the posts will migrate, not the images. You’ll need to increase the amount of space in your media in order to import over images.

    However, let me know what URL of the site so that I can verify that this is indeed the issue.
