Importing blog into squarespace

  Hi! We are working on our new website and we spoke to square space. They recommended using your website to export and import our blog. We successfully exported the blog, but as we try to import it it says failed and it does import all the words and paragraphs and space holders for pictures but then they are blank. Are we doing something incorrect? Hoping our pictures can be imported smoothly onto our new website! Any guidance would be appreciated!
