Importing blog posts to company Web site
-
I am trying to put my blog posts on one of our company web pages, where it will update every time I post. Our Web site is through Joomla and our blog is in WordPress, obviously. I downloaded an extension in Joomla specifically for WordPress, but it will not work. It asks questions about my database, username, password, host and WordPress prefix. I could have this wrong, which could be causing my problem. Do you know where I could find this information (specifically wordpress prefix and wordpress host)? Should I just be using an RSS extension for the blog for Joomla?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. This is all the information I can give you:

my database, username, password, host and WordPress prefix.
All sound like you have an extension for a WordPress.ORG install. You can’t have access to the Database of a WordPress.COM site.
My only thought is take an RSS feed from your WordPress.COM site, set the RSS display to show a summery (or do that with your WordPress.COM site) then have a page on the company site that shows the last XX number of Posts you want to display. Then people click on the summery and end up on your WordPress.COM site.
That also makes sure you don’t have duplicate content.
