Importing Brings Resgistration Page

I have run into a new issue while importing content to my host (IPower). I was importing each month, one at a time, files were small and easy to manage. I had imported about 5 years of content and when I went to start a new month a fast registration form popped up. It was as if my entire blog was deleted. Normal or did I miss something written in the fine print?
I have started back at step one and reinstalled all the WordPress files and am starting to import content. Again…
